Who can join? Our program is designed for children with physical, learning, as well as social concerns. ADD, ADHD, Asperger's to mention just a few. Master Alty has been teaching the martial arts for more than 30 yrs. During that time he has taught many students with concerns, physical as well as learning and social. We believe SUCCESS is for everybody! |

| Martial Arts
movements improve balance, focus, concentration, as well as a
greater awareness of surroundings and people. We combine
safe non offensive movement from
the martial arts and brain gym type
exercises in order to help the child gain confidence,
improve in social interaction, as well as improve muscle
control and strength. Much new literature has been written about the value of exercises on the brain and overall sense of well being. The martial arts has been teaching people of all types to improve in everything from controlling anger, improving focus, concentration, plus the many physical and health benefits of controlled movement. Physical development of strength, balance, and coordination will help in all aspects of the child development. This will improve confidence and self esteem. The students will learn to have a positive attitude and expect to succeed. Breath control and focus exercises will help with emotional swings and interpersonal relationships.
